Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns for opened or used items. However, we accept returns for the following cases:
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective packaging
Expired product received (within shelf life)
Conditions for Return:
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Photos of the product and packaging may be requested for processing.
